               Pongal Celebration

                we had a small function in the morning after the                              assembly commenced with a prayer song, followed by speech,              poems, dance and drama by students. Students prepared  pongal          in the campus and distributed to all. Girls danced around the                  pongal pot. In the afternoon there was a debate based on the theme: 'Change in culture is needed or not'. Both I & II year students actively took part in it. Mrs. Sharmila was the Moderator for the debate.

               We visited Aditya Areca leaf plates unit at J.J Nagar, Kalaikanaickenpalayam, Coimbatore                   along with our guide teacher Ms.Malathi. We were inspired by their team work and                             community engagement and self employment entrepreneurship. It was a good experience.
